She absolutely raved about your demeanor, customer service, and ability to problem solve and produce a solution for her!!! Her boss over-heard and said hire more employees like LaShanna. To make a long story short, kudos for working through the issues and problem solving until a viable solution was reached. It could have been very easy and short-sighted to stop and just say there was no solution. The customer said that’s how it would have been handled at most places. However, you persisted and continued to ask great questions, uncovering the important background that lead to your understanding, and the ability to match our services to what was needed. She went out of her way to keep the center open as I was running late coming from out of town. When I arrived late, she did not try to rush me and cared for me like a true professional. Fast - Highly Qualified Technicians - JordanTeam - Nov 20, 2008 The service was great, fairly priced, and fast The staff was kind and the price was quite good. Everything is private and they are great with doing background checks on my staff. I have to make sure that Funutation Camps have staff which are background checked for the safety of the children. Great place for people without insurance! - brett - Mar 1, 2008 I had some blood work done this afternoon and just wanted to say what a great experience! We unfortunately do not have health insurance and this place was very affordable for me. I was in and out and will have my results the next day....no doctors prescription needed. How sweet is that, I didn't have to make a doctors appointment and pay tons of money to my doctor just to have my cholesterol checked.
